Glowt
Built by the Formation team, Glowt is our very own CRM system which we use to manage our internal operations while allowing clients to keep abreast with the work we do with their own user profiles.
Glowt is available as a prebuilt solution to your digitisation requirements, with additional modules depending on your usage.
Bespoke editions have also been constructed for various leading clients, producing a paperless modernisation solution to time-consuming processes.
QH FLUIDTREND™
A bespoke software, QH FLUIDTREND™ was designed and developed for our international industrial client, Quaker Houghton.
Complete with an easy-to-use interface, QH FLUIDTREND™ enables users to visualise insightful reports, as well as cost analysis and usage trends.
Among those now utilising the software are brands as recognisable as Ford, Rolls Royce, Honda, and Volkswagen, as just a few of some 150 users across 50 sites.
Machine Tool Configurator
The Engineering Technology Group CNC machine tool configurator is a complex software model with a user-friendly finish which allows ETG’s potential clients to select and specify their own machine, sending complete requests to the ETG sales team for rapid quoting and lead times.
Courtesy of the configurator, ETG has brought its quoting timescales down from up to six weeks to just 15 minutes.
Independent Custody Visitor (ICV) App
Developed for the police and prison services, the Independent Custody Visitor App has brought about a complete shift from a lengthy, paper-based process to an integrated, digital one. Participants in the ICV scheme were previously required to fill out paper forms, leading to waste and loss of data. Now, the process is transformed and simplified with the ICV App, developed in-house by the Formation team.
