Strategic marketing partnership with a global leader

Quaker Houghton have been working with Formation for around 3 years now. During this time, we have built up an excellent working relationship with Formation, to the point whereby they are now very much part of our day to day operations. Historically Houghton struggled to find a marketing communications company that really understood our business and could respond quickly and effectively to our requirements.

The team has worked on a number of campaigns with us, including a new web based application called QH FLUIDTREND. This software enables us to present critical service data to our customers, in a modern and easily accessible format. Formation not only supported us in developing the concept, they then went on to design and write the software, as well as promote and market the platform both internally and to our customers. It’s been a huge success and is now being rolled out globally.
