The website had been through a few incarnations when Make A Will Online came to us in 2022. Despite ranking in the top-5 will-making platforms and receiving plenty of mobile traffic, the conversions were much higher on desktop, and the overall look and feel of the website was tired and dated. It was also difficult for visitors to use and navigate, and the offerings were confused and unclear. This was a classic case of a fantastic service getting lost in online translation.

The foundation for this was a brand-new approach to the platform’s UI (user interface) and UX (user experience), key features in creating a website that’s both welcoming to visitors and easy to use.

A striking re-brand and redesign brought the front end of the website bang up to date with a fresh, modern look and a new lease of life.

The bright colours and fresh outlook are anything but boring and its vibrant design brings a more positive vibe to will writing. The graphics team produced a full complement of visual assets for Make A Will Online’s website and brand including imagery, iconography, and illustrations, which carries through into the main UX-piece of this project – the data collection process and login area.
