Formation Media: Delighted to Secure Large NHS Tender
We Have Some Very Exciting News!
After almost twelve months of hard work, I am delighted to announce Formation have won a three-year contract to supply a total of 14 NHS websites – this will also include hosting, maintenance, training and digital marketing.
The tender was hard fought with numerous agencies in the picture, however, Formation was awarded the tender to commence the project on Monday, June 4th.
The 40-page tender document was scored upon various areas;
- A proven track record & experience
- Technical ability – website design & development
- Project management & scheduling
- Support structures
- Accreditations & digital security
- Cost
The Formation bid was complimented on the thoroughness of our proposal and our additional ideas that our skill-sets could bring to the table, such as our ethos for User Experience (UX) to be at the forefront of all our designs and development. With a total rating of 94.1, the decision was, in the end, a clear choice.
The team at Formation are delighted – having already gained a substantial client portfolio, this public sector winning bid will allow for an additional two members of staff to join our ever-growing team.
