Vacancy: Video Production Co-ordinator

Salary: Depending on Experience


The successful candidate will:

  • Be responsible for taking enquiries, liaising with clients, taking briefs and communicating them to the rest of the Video Team
  • Lead the Video Team, managing workloads, reviewing work produced to ensure high quality and giving constructive feedback
  • Work alongside Marketing and Communications Teams to ensure the Video Team meets KPIs
  • Work with Marketing and Communications Teams to produce creative ideas through to finished products that will support client’s marketing aims
  • Schedule and organise video shoots, ensuring the Video Team has all necessary equipment
  • Write questions and conduct interviews with clients
  • Work with Video Team to produce story boards and lists of required footage
  • Support Video Team on shoots with setting up equipment, dressing a “set” if necessary, and ensuring that required footage is obtained
  • Oversee the editing of footage, steering the creative vision of the finished video in order for it to meet client’s brief
