About the Role
We are currently looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our team here at Formation Media. As part of a dynamic digital media agency you will be involved in website, software, UX (user experience) and digital marketing projects across a wide portfolio of clients.
You will manage exciting projects from lead to delivery, get in involved in business development and networking, as well as support the Key Account Manager with the day-to-day running of client accounts.
Training can be provided for a candidate with the right aptitude and attitude for the role.

We are a fast-growing business and have a very ‘get stuck in’ approach to work – you may occasionally be required to get involved in other areas of the business, including creating marketing reports, event support and other administrative duties.

You will be a highly organised individual with a process-driven approach and experience in managing projects.
You will have a commercial mindset and be comfortable with numbers. Basic knowledge of business finance is advantageous but not essential.
You will be comfortable working with our in-house professionals across multiple teams including members of the marketing, graphic design and software and website development team, so a positive team ethic is essential.

Our current client base is widespread. We align ourselves with the engineering sector and support national and global multi-million turnover engineering and manufacturing companies, so an interest in science/engineering/manufacturing is advantageous. However, we also support a range of retail and lifestyle clients, as well as working with public sector organisations such as the NHS and police.
