Formation Media is a cutting-edge digital marketing agency with a global reach, based out of the unassuming but historic town of Warwick. We’re a proud bunch who develop brilliant digital projects and we’re on the lookout for a Senior SEO Specialist to steer SEO strategies for our clients.
The successful candidate will:
• Work across a broad spectrum of clients
• Create and implement SEO strategies, and produce directional reports, resulting in search ranking improvement
• Use various SEO platforms and tools including: Yoast, Serprobot, Keyword Tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Woorank
• Produce SEO-focused content to improve search traffic
• Manage Google Ads campaigns
• Communicate their SEO strategy and ideas with the wider Formation team
• Organise and manage their own work-load within a fast-paced, collaborative and friendly environment
• Work alongside designers, account managers, web developers and company directors to surpass clients’ expectations
• Have opportunities to develop your skillset, whether you want to explore UX, continuous improvement, web development or marketing
Our ideal candidate will:
• Have an excellent understanding of SEO disciplines, including (but not limited to): on and off site, content driven and technical SEO
• Be able to perform technical SEO and link building techniques
• Be a dynamic, technically-minded individual with a sense of urgency and a hard-working attitude
• Be experienced in creating SEO strategies and using SEO platforms and tools
• Have a serious passion for analytics, data and the current market trends / algorithm updates from search engines, and implementing them within your work
• Be willing to break boundaries and bring new ideas to the table
• Possess a strong attention to detail
• Have a competent grasp of the English language and good writing skills
• Potentially have experience in setting up, monitoring and reporting on PPC campaigns
