We’re looking to take on a leader – an Account Manager with a creative and charming (yet logical) approach, with a strong sense of doing it right!
You’ll be reporting to our Managing Director, motivating your team, owning workloads, account handling, and identifying and growing opportunities. You will use your strong knowledge base in marketing and knack for tracking data to ensure everything’s going to plan. You’ll also be coordinating strategies, schedules and writing policies for our clients, using an excellent grasp of written English to compel clients, consumers and customers into converting on a variety of digital marketing channels.
Alongside this, you’ll be making and following through on effective recommendations to improve company sales processes from prospects to up-selling existing clients, pitching for new business and acting as a business front-runner, taking the spotlight and representing the team when needed. Visiting clients is an essential part of the role, and would mean the occasional European trip.
Firstly, you’ll be a proactive person and a team player; we want people with a go-getter attitude, some common sense, a lot of gusto and drive. We are far from a team of passengers!
Being able to juggle (albeit not literally) is essential as you’ll be handling a dynamic and fast-moving workload from a range of client backgrounds.
You’ll have a creative head, a heart of commercial logic, sturdy business acumen and a bellyful of experience gained either at account executive level in an agency, or in-house. A background in creating marketing strategies will be advantageous. You’ll also be passionate about digital marketing in all its forms.
