Pro-Green MX were well established in the motorsports industry, their distinctive products a regular sight on motocross tracks up and down the country. Their salt-free cleaning products, specially developed not to cause oxidisation of the metal components on a motocross bike also had a variety of additional applications and they wanted to rev up their reach beyond the circuit to appeal to the owners of other vehicles, boats and watercraft.
Same… but different
This design intensive project allowed Formation to flex its impressive creative muscles with an entire portfolio of work, spanning a reskinning of Pro-Green MX’s existing website, logo design, brand labels, boxes and collateral. We wanted to maintain the identity of a well-known brand whilst allowing them to gain the traction they desired in other markets.
Social Media Support
Moving forward with an edgy new logo
Motoverde strap lined their brand with “Move Forward, Choose Salt-Free” as a direct and explicit reference to the application of their products on vehicles whilst signalling to their customers their products’ unique selling point – salt-free. Formation visually embraced this concept with a new logo design encompassing a chevron, giving momentum and impact to their offering. Short and long versions were designed to provide consistency when displayed on the bikes and apparel of their sponsored athletes.
Although Motoverde needed to keep their website fundamentally the same, our team were set to task to elevate it, making its appearance sharper and cleaner. They wanted to wave goodbye to the grungy fonts on their existing site and opt for more dynamic typography to give a sleeker finish and a feeling of pace.

Nailed it with new look collateral & labels
As a recognised brand with a physical product to sell, Motorverde had extensive collateral that required an overhaul. Formation waved their design wand over everything from product labels and boxes to stands for the company’s stockists, each recreated with the new logos and graphics in the signature primary green and rich black colours. Our talented designers created all the artwork for point-of-sale and revamped brochures, business cards and training guides.
Socially Savvy – a digital design solution
Having already amassed an impressive following on their social platforms, we wanted to make sure Motoverde nailed their debut amongst their loyal customer base. Formation offered marketing support with pre-launch by providing sleek new graphics and banners for their social media and emails and a video teaser campaign introducing their new brand. We also created slick, edgy posters for social media giveaways on Instagram.
