The transformation
Formation has created a series of websites for Ductbusters since 2013, as well as a host of digital and printed brand collateral as part of a continued and growing marketing retainer programme, now occupying 30 dedicated hours per month.
Ductbusters now employs more than 60 skilled individuals, and continues to grow and thrive, with a strong digital presence supported by persistent content marketing. In 2019, Ductbusters opened their dedicated Southern branch, enabling their expert services to be localised to the busy London area.
The Story
Formation has worked with Ductbusters to foster a relationship founded on trust and success. This allows our account managers to operate freely on the account, exercising optimum creativity in the implementation of campaign strategy, whilst keeping the Ductbusters’ growth plan in mind.
Social media and content marketing
In conjunction with the creation of websites, Formation has managed Ductbusters’ digital marketing activities on an ongoing retainer basis. This 30 hour monthly retainer model has led to dramatic increases in site traffic, magnetising potential customers towards Ductbusters’ bespoke website, which is still evolving to this day. This has involved the strategised creation and management of social media and blog content as well as PR activities and SEO.
Reimagining a brand, displaying the face of a market leader
With a completely overhauled, bespoke website featuring a new design language and captivating imagery, Formation has created a website worthy as a launching pad for Ductbusters’ next steps.
Accompanying this is new brand identity and strategy, to represent Ductbusters as the market leader they now are.
Corporate video
In addition to a new website, Formation has exercised its videography capabilities to storyboard, shoot, and edit a corporate video for Ductbusters. This sales tool is a feature of one of the most engaging forms of media to date, and will allow Ductbusters to present themselves to potential clients in a simple and professional manner.
Featuring animation, video footage and a key messaging-laden VoiceOver, the video will form a key component of Ductbusters’ sales and marketing toolkit moving forwards.
