Overview

Ductbusters is one of Formation’s longest-standing B2B clients, initially joining us in 2013. With no more than five members of staff at the time, Ductbusters has now grown to one of the UK’s leading ductwork cleaning companies, with a strong and ever-growing team of sixty. Recent growth has added to their portfolio and resulted in a newly-opened branch in the London area.

Our work with Ductbusters has covered nearly every aspect of our expertise. Formation has, over the years, supported Ductbusters on many projects; including two website facelifts, a service-driven showreel, printed collateral and much more.

Utilising our hourly marketing retainer package, Ductbusters has increased their allowance from just fifteen hours a month to now over thirty. With a dedicated account manager, they have been able to establish realistic growth goals and aims for their marketing, having devised budgets and optimum methods of exposure.

Out with the old and in with the new

Ductbusters’ latest project required nearly 200 hours’ worth of collective studio time and project management. Their new website delivers vital information surrounding the services they offer and the industries in which they work, all in a fresh, user-friendly format. Our in-house graphic design and web development team enlisted all their skills to produce a bespoke design with superior functionality, resulting in a fully optimised site with continued UX testing throughout.

 

Client growth

During our partnership, Formation has aided Ductbusters in moving from strength to strength. They have won tenders with major clients such as the NHS and Her Majesty’s Government. As a result, Ductbusters has outgrown their existing website tiwce during their time with Formation, with new sites allowing them to better communicate the level of serivices they offer.

 

Continued evolution

During this process, Formation has been able to reimagine the Ductbusters brand, presenting them as the industry-leaders they are. This refreshed image also represents the change which Ducbusters is experiencing internally; as their former CEO steps down and hands the reigns to his daughter. Included in this is also Ductbusters’ new corporate video, produced in-house by the Formation team.

Since 2013, Ductbusters has seen a huge increase in website traffic. Our marketing services have ensured that Ductbusters have a huge digital presence and are reputable amongst customers and competitors. Using social media channels, SEO and cleverly written articles, potential customers have flocked to the website, which is still evolving to this day.
