Managing Director of Formation Media has graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Businesses Programme
We are pleased to announce that Martin Gordon, Managing Director of Formation Media has recently graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Businesses Programme at Aston University.
The six month course was designed to provide coaching on high level business practice and help business owners strategically plan their future business growth.
We were pleased to meet the high business growth criteria required to attend the programme and have found it very beneficial in supporting our plans to expand our services into software development.
A valuable experience
The Goldman Sachs 10K Small Businesses Programme proved to be a very educational and valuable experience for Managing Director, Martin Gordon. Speaking of his time at the university he said

The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses provides high quality and practical support to ambitious small business leaders who are looking to develop their companies. At the end of the programme, participants have the opportunity to join the 10,000 Small Businesses national alumni network, which is made up of hundreds of exciting small businesses from up and down the country.

Plans for growth
After experiencing much success over the last few years, Formation Media decided it was time to consider growing our business and developing our services. In order to facilitate growth, we needed to recruit four new members of staff to join our team of talented designers, developers and marketers.
We are pleased to have found a new website developer and three marketing executives, all of whom are the perfect fit for the Formation Media team. All four staff members are educated to a degree level and have gained valuable experience within the sector.
Of course, aside from education and experience, we also value enthusiasm and were pleased to see that our four new members of staff were all keen to join our growing company.
