Advanced Care’s New Website

In 2021, we were approached by Advanced Care. A Coventry based family-run care agency, to complete a full redesign and rebuild of their website. Having been in the industry for over twenty years, we wanted to create a website that represents their core values.

We felt their old website wasn't up to standard with their level of work, outdated and dull. However, we wanted to emphasise what their core servicers are; on their old site, these were hard to find and made the website harder to navigate. We collected all their core services onto one page, instead of having them in a drop-down menu. This has meant that we can add more information about each one before the user clicks through. Not only this, we were able to present them so it's easier to view each option while remaining easy on the eye.

Following this, we've been proactive in putting the user at the heart of the project, designing, and building the site around them. We mapped out a typical user's journey on the site; this helped us identify where the user would most likely go the most. We were able to create a website that's easy to use, mobile-friendly and has a stunning design that will stand the test of time.

Something we were keen to add to the site's build was a cost calculator. We implemented it to create an easier way for clients and prospective clients to get quotes for the care of their loved ones.

During the build, we implemented an easy-to-use WordPress Content Management System (CMS). This has given the ability to Advanced Care to update their website with new content and update the news section.

As a result of our work, we have made the website faster, more robust, and fully responsive across all devices. We'd like to wish Advanced Care every success in these difficult times. We applaud their dedication and compassionate attitude whilst continually working through the pandemic.
